boundless leadership structure

Boundless Church is served by one church board. This seven-member board focuses on church-wide strategic planning issues. The church board is elected by full-members aged 15 and above during our annual elections.

Serve Teams lead the inter-campus coordination of ministry. While each campus has Serve Teams, campus Serve Team leaders work together to coordinate ministry strategies across all campuses. Serve Teams include: Missions, Worship Arts, Discipleship, NextGen, Finance, Facilities, First Impressions, and Prayer.
