Kevin and his wife, Diana, came to Boundless in 2010, one year after the church launched. He holds a bachelor’s in religion, a master’s in theology, as well as master’s and a doctoral degrees in business administration. Kevin has published multiple books and Bible studies, including Boundless Ministries first two discipleship books, Embark and Navigate. He is an avid woodworker and loves all things Bigfoot! Kevin and Diana love dates at minor league hockey and baseball games.

Abby and her husband, Brian, joined the Boundless family in May of 2023, answering the Lord's call to help launch a second church campus in New Haven, IN. Abby and Brian have three children, Reis, Ava, and Grey, and a black goldendoodle, Bear, who the kids say is Abby's favorite child! Abby has a BS in Elementary Education from Ball State University. She began her career as a teacher for 15 years before the Lord called her to  worship ministry in 2019.  Sensing God was calling her to more, she began pursuing a pastoral calling over her life in 2022 by beginning her classes to become an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. Abby has a heart to love people where they are, while encouraging them to grow deeper in love with Jesus. In her free time, she enjoys watching cheesy Hallmark movies!

Eric Ward is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene with a heartfelt commitment to nurturing the next generation. He earned his B.A. from Olivet Nazarene University and both a Master of Ministry (MMin) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. With a genuine passion for guiding young minds in their faith, Eric has spent most of his ministry as a children's pastor, creating impactful experiences that inspire and uplift. Now serving as the Executive Pastor of NextGen Ministries, he focuses on empowering children and youth to grow spiritually and become leaders in their communities. In his free time, Eric loves building with Lego bricks and is undecided about whether he likes Star Trek or Star Wars better.

Ken is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene with an Associates Degree in Business Management from Illinois Central College and has received Intermediate Church Initiative training through the Church of the Nazarene.  After serving as a lead pastor in four churches over 42 years, working as an Assistant District Superintendent, and leading the training of pastors for 27 years as District Chairman of the Board of Ministerial Studies, Ken is enjoying a beautiful thing called retirement. However, it is hard to stay retired when you have a heart for ministry, so Ken enjoys serving at Boundless as he leads the prayer ministry among other duties. Ken has an infectious laugh and is a fan of the Christmas movie It's a Wonderful Life and a really good steak!
