Chelsea started her journey at Boundless Childcare in 2021 as an infant teacher. She has always known she wanted to work with children and their families and impact them in positive ways. The longer she worked at the daycare, the bigger her passion grew for the company and in 2023, she became the assistant director at the Piqua site. In August 2025, she became the Director of the Piqua site. She is married to her husband Chris since 2014 and they share 3 beautiful children together; Easton, Berkley, and Beckett. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, watching baseball and football with her family, and camping.
